An estimate begins with a complimentary walkthrough of your office space. One of our move coordinators will visit your office to review the space, furniture, office items and IT equipment. We will discuss details of your project and from there develop a customized proposal and relocation plan for your business that can be emailed directly.
 
We work closely with every customer to ensure we fully understand his/her moving needs to provide an accurate quote. We offer Firm Fixed Pricing (FFP) to guarantee your final cost is within 10% of the bid unless there are significant changes to the scope of work.
 
Moving labor represents the majority of the moving expense but if needed, you should also account for packing supplies, crate rentals or additional valuation on your items. Unlike many moving companies, we do not require a 4-6 hour minimum or charge for weekend and after-hours fees.
 
Each move is different but the best way to keep costs down during your move is to be prepared as possible for moving day, which will eliminate any unexpected or unnecessary time. If packing items yourself, make sure they are properly labeled and ready to go when the movers arrive. Anything that can help the movers move faster will cut down on cost.
 

While Office Movers Express will take all necessary precautions during your move, unexpected damage can occur. It’s important to make sure your items are protected. Standard movers’ valuation is $.60 per pound for furniture and $5 per pound for IT equipment. Make sure any artwork or high-value items are covered separately.

The further out you can plan your move, the better. This will ensure you more options in choosing the date and time that is most convenient for your business. We do our best to accommodate last minute customers but if possible, recommend you contact us at least 2 weeks in advance.
 
Yes! We offer both short and long-term storage options for your office inventory and will deliver your furniture to the new space when it’s ready.
